Welcome to Wildwatch Tours.
When setting up Wildwatch Tours in 1996 it was our intention to dedicate ourselves to providing holidays of a high standard so that you could enjoy watching the wild animals and birds in their own environment, often amongst lovely scenery, all with a high standard of accommodation and food, within a friendly atmosphere.

Well the response has been terrific. At Wildwatch Tours we never forget you have a choice. So, what's in store for the future?
There are still the usual destinations, but each year we are always trying to extend and improve our programme. I'm also pleased to announce that we have joined forces with Barton-Knott Travel Ltd. a well established independent tour operator with an excellent name.

A special thank you to all our new friends who have travelled with us over the recent years, and to those who are still yet to travel with us.

Peter has had a lifetime interest in Natural History. As a schoolboy in Nottinghamshire he became interested in wildlife through his father who encouraged him to draw and paint the local birds. On moving to Leicestershire he joined the Loughborough Naturalist Club and was able to learn more about wildlife and local issues through like minded people.

Photography was his next step and in 1986 gained his Associateship of the Royal Photographic Society. His varied natural history lectures can be seen regularly on the midlands circuits and he also judges a lot of photographic competitions up and down the country. Some of his work has been published in books and magazines.

Peter has travelled extensively as a naturalist and wildlife photographer and is an excellent organiser and communicator with a delightful sense of humour, which makes him a popular tour leader.
